Have you tried mashing different types of fish and meat?

I've posted an assortment of soup recipes which are easy to make. :)

I find my hand blender indispensable during winter months!

I agree make your own soups. My favorites

are Sweet potato , butternut squash or soup from the bones of the family's cooked chicken. For a touch of luxury add a little single cream to any of them.

Have a natural Greek yoghurt either sweet with

Organic honey spooned in or savoury

with a little turmeric and sea salt stirred in.

Or in your blender tip in a tin of tuna with the natural juice

strained off with some well known cream cheese ,

seasoning and lemon juice to taste. You can also make this using some smoked salmon both make a good starter.

Blend down the flesh of avocado with lemon

juice and seasoning.

I wish you all the very best.

Sabots.

thank you for your replies about soups. the roblem with soups and swallowing difficulties they would need thickening with fortified thickners this ruins the taste. I will give cream a go as that may thicken the soup.

Hi Julie Victoria,

If you add some nice soft potato cubes when you

blend this should thicken your soups .

Hi again re previous post.

The potato cubes should be cooked first.

Regards Sabots.
