Try eating more fresh fruit & vegetables, & cutting out all processed foods, especially anything containing artificial sweeteners or processed fats such as margarine & sunflower oil. Make sure you get enough protein from unprocessed foods, & that you get enough sleep & gentle exercise. Check that your nutrient level is good so that your body can use the calories better.
If it suits your lifestyle, look up intermittent fasting which works well for some people.
Hi - Initially dont try to make too many changes in one go - it wont work and you will feel rejected. Try and reduce your portion sizes and increase your exercise even simply walking up the stairs, ie you have an up and downstairs loo always go upstairs. Get the body into a positive frame of mind first.
