It’s a pleasure to read you, Hannah, you are so optimistic about your weight loss journey))) and it’s great! I believe you can manage everything with such attitude! Keep moving forward to your aim and inform us about your success)
Thank you for asking, Hannah) I try to have regular eating schedule and I do running 3times per week) I have a sweet tooth, so for me the main problem is to reduce the amount of chocolate I eat)) It’s difficult to take just one piece and to stop, I want more and more till I finish the whole bar or box. I can stop eating sweets for a while, like month or two, but then my body requires it again. And I eat more than I should)
I’ve never had the issue with chocolate as I’m not a huge fan! Shock horror! Aha
I do however, have a love of crisps and could quite happily eat my body weight in them but only have them once maybe twice a week now which is crazy! But they’re still counted in and I’m glad I kept them in my diet so I’m not craving them and falling off the band wagon!
