I want to make homemade hummus. Can this be frozen for when I need to use it or not? Thanks in advance.

I don't think it would freeze well but I make and keep for a week do it can be made a bit in advance

Have you tried black bean or beet flavored hummus? I've had the beet flavor once from a store, but thought about making some of it myself here at home in a spare minute.
