Hello Ive just made a commitment to losing 2 stone from today Im hoping you will give me help and encouragement I am especially in danger of snacking during the evening so any tips you may have to avoid this will be greatly appreciated

Hi Milliemay! I think snacking during the evening is really difficult to avoid. I have solved it by replacing all the sugar I used to eat, with other things like smoothies, home made ice cream, nutballs (with nuts and dades) covered in dark chocholate (preferably 80% cocoa and no white sugar, I found one with coconut flower sugar), yoghurt ice cake with apricot and nuts, home made strawberry jam (no sugar added), raspberry sorbet and so on. Every time I want a snack I choose a healthy one. Some of them I can eat as much as I like from, and some of them only a peace a day.

Hi milliemay! Im doing slimming world at the mo. Ive lost a stone so far want to loose 1 stone more. However the last 2 weeks ive stayed the same weight despite following plan 100%. Grrr! Its SO hard isnt it!! Lets keep in touch and help each other to loose those pesky pounds! 😂
