Hi Everyone,

I've gained about 2 extra stone after my third baby...and quite a lot of chocolate binges too. I really want to loose it now, I don't like my body at all. I have joined the gym and started jogging with my daughter but I think I'll do better with some extra moral support and things that keep me motivated and focused as I keep slipping and seem unable to shift the weight so far.

Good luck to everyone on here, it's the best decision we can make for our health and self esteem.

😃

Post your height weight age and eating habits .

Until you reduce Carby foods you aren't gonna be benefited

Getting active is a really good start :) well done you taking the first step to becoming healthier!

It's good that you're doing exercise with your daughter as well as this will help encourage her to be healthy too :) it's good for bonding and it shows you're being a good role model.

You've said yourself that chocolate binges have been partly to blame for getting you to this stage in your life l, so you've already highlighted one thing that needs to change.

It is hard to lose weight without changing your eating habits as well as exercising but don't let that put you off of the jogging and the gym because of course they will help and if nothing else they will help boost your self esteem and your overall wellbeing :) I hope you're getting on well so far in your journey!

I understand the binges and chocolate. I find if I cut out chocolate I get used to not having it. If I start on it again off I go bingeing on it sometimes. I walk everywhere. I walk every day even to town. Even this helps. Good luck.
