Hi, a new member! Have been 16.5 stone for a few years and struggling to bring weight down. Looking to get ideas for healthy swaps for meals and any quick wins that have boosted weight loss.

Adopt a low carb diet

Elimalinate sugary foods and packaged foods

Eat real home made foods

Simple morning or evening walk will help

Hi I only eat from a small plate now so im convinced I'm eating less,my weight loss static at the moment but haven't gained anything for a few weeks,I'm a celiac so cannot help much with ideas but good luck,I think a treat now and again does no harm it keeps me going instead of giving in
