Since someone have told me to mix the fruit with milk, then I think that it must be fine to fix the milk with veg. They both have the same effect to get healthy, did anyone try that?

Milk, veg, add egg and you have an omelette! Lovely way to use up left-overs!

I add fruit to kefir, for a second fermentation. Berries or bananas are nce in a milkshake ir smoothie but I can't see it would add any nutritional value to the individual ingredients. Aside from adding a little to something liked mashed potato or a baked omelette, or using mlk for sauces, I don't cook veg with mlk.

Mix the veg and milk, just like a dessert. In order to drink milk smoothly, I have to try more ways. Veg and milk may be a little bit difficult to be accepted, so ask you all if you have tried it.

No, most vegetables won't blend into milk in the same way as fruit, & I expect it would not taste pleasant.

Are you on a special diet that you have to mix milk with whatever you eat?

I like the potato, it's always so delicious whether fried or boiled.

Not yet, but I will.

Everything's kefir at the moment, even my coffee. I have a pack of dried coconut to make milk, & intend to introduce some of my grains to this for vegan friends.

Even if mixed with low GI foods, like pulses?

I like a baked potato with cheese & beans, it's a guilty pleasure. I also love leek & potato soup, but use a double leeks to potato ratio.
