What is clean eating? I want to eat clean but I don't know if my Mum will let me. How can I persuade her to let me eat more foods of my choice?

hi lucy i know that this is an old post but as we are friends now i decided to have a look at your posts. clean eating is eating things that are not man made and and eating processed foods. i mean its quite difficult to follow especially if your mum is the one who buys the food. getting some articles on clean eating and showing them to your mum and she will see just how beneficial it is it may make her change a lot of her diet. ready meals are just far to handy but they are full of sugar and salt and not good for your health. even if they are low fat they are usually chemically treated and full of sugar to make up for the taste. i dont eat low fat food. i stick to the normal fat and eat less. also a lot of people buy heatlh foods that are not really health foods you have to read the labels. some of those breakfast cereals that children eat have chocolate in them and thats not a good breakfast to start the day with. many of those so called health drinks are laden with sugar too. so it does take some research. i think its great that your interested in your health and want to look after yourself as it does pay off after all they say we are what we eat. all the very best love grace xoxo

I'm going to try and ask her to not my ready meals as they are disgusting to be honest ...
