Hi, i'm new to this forum. My name is Cillian and i am 20 years old from Ireland. I have been having alot of issues with my health for the past few months and i don't know how to fix it. I eat relatively healthy, i used to exercise daily then stopped because of these issues which i think were triggered by my bad sleeping patterns. I sleep at like 2 am and get up at 12pm and it's very hard for me to change that. I started exercising again a few weeks ago and i still feel very crappy. My energy levels are really low, i'm sensitive to light, my nose is always stuffed and i always have cold-like symptoms and my blood flow seems to be a bit off too, because my hands seem pale all the time now. I don't know what to do it has taken over my life and i am really worried.

Hi Cillian,
I think it would be worth discussing your symptoms with your GP, to have a proper health check and tell them the things that are concerning you.
There is some information here from the NHS Choices website about 'Tiredness and fatigue' that might also be helpful:

Try to keep calm, if you can, as stress can make things feel worse - and maybe talk to a valued friend or family member and let them know how you're feeling. It can sometimes really help to talk about things and get some emotional support.
Wishing you the best.
Zest
I agree with Zest, visit GP, if even for advice and reassurance, with regard the exercise here in Bristol where i am there is an Active Choices GP referral scheme for exercise, might be worth trying to find out if there's a similiar scheme where you are, good luck x
Hi cillian first step would be your gp and discuss your worries with them you could ask for a full range if bloods to be done try having a hot bath at night and go to bed before 11 take a book with you also there are some good meditation tracks on YouTube you could listen to x
In addition to seeing your doctor, do you take daily vitamins like D3, C, Omega 3s. When you say "healthy" diet, what is included. You need healthy fats like olive, fish and coconut oil as well. No processed foods. I'd say organic as possible. Try exercise of course. C is a good one for any kind of congestion. There are powdered juices that you may look into as well. Try setting your alarm clock at a certain time no matter what, and that may help you back to a normal sleep pattern also.
My diet usually consists of porridge with honey in the morning, then a few hours later i might have something small like a slice of whole grain bread and then for dinner it usually varies like sometimes i'll have salmon and potatoes and veg and others i'll have pasta bolognaise. In the evening time i might have more bread or porridge.
