Pain under lower left rib and moving up spine

Hi all, I' ve been lying in bed for few hours after waking. I'm unable to make theft move to get up because it hurts so much. Is quite hard to see as my eye sour is blurry and the pain is very distracting. I don't want make a fuss if it's just had but it hurts so bad and I don't know why. Can anyone advise me please *in tears *bigbaby

Have been checked over ask seems OK blood test tomorrow will reveal more. Feeling a lot better in myself now and SATS are normal again which is a relief.
