Well I signed up a week ago. I've done really well so far. Been keeping control of my calorie intake, I've started couch to 5k and I've been doing the stretch and flex podcast together with a couple of sessions on FitStar.
But I'm always good at the beginning. It's keeping going that I find hard. So I'm making a promise to myself that I will post again next week and I plan to be able to report more good work.
