Hi John. Welcome to the group. Give us some idea what your diet is like at the moment and I am sure you'll get lots of helpful comments. For a start before you start eating ANYTHING ask yourself "Is it natural ?" If it comes out of a tin or a sachet or a carton etc. it is almost certainly processed which means it potentially contains substances which our bodies are not designed to handle. I have nothing against meat. Every living creature on earth is designed to eat other living beings whether they be plant life or otherwise (think about this) so if you are not inclined to be a vegetarian I believe there is no need to force yourself into that type of lifestyle. Just make sure that most of what you eat is living food; e.g. fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.
