Hi all

I'm on here looking for people to hold me to account while I get back into healthy eating. I've been eating well to various degrees on and off for the last few years, and have managed to loose quite a bit of weight and get more in shape. It's not been consistent enough though and now I'm determined to make this a permenant change. So I'm looking for help to make sure I stick to it, esp. over the festive period. I'd be more than happy to do the same for others in return.

  • Hi I have high cholesterol and low HDL which I am trying to change by healthy eating I eat a lot of nuts and believe it or not it does help you loose weight. I also eat a lot of fish and no red meat just chicken and Quorn products it really works plus I ride my bike a lot.
