Hi every one I am new to this so please give me a chance, I am waiting for a hip replacement and I have to loose weight before I can have this operation Also had a MRI scan on lower back as most of pain coming from my back so exercising is a bit of a problem but cutting back on my food isn't I am only having 1500 calories a day out of 1900 eating plenty of greens
