Welcome Nady5! Personally l love sugar but limit it... l have tried many times to remove sugar from my baking & failed miserably. So l wish you well on your adventure. Also a kids size plate is helpful in reminding us about smaller portions. I had bought a cute one with ladybugs for my granddaughter years ago so l started using it.
