Hi guys,

it's been a month since I last posted on here and in that time I have had a birthday an also lost 11 pounds!!

The weight has just been dropping off and I have been allowing myself treats once a week and eating healthily and sensibly. My mum and friends have told me they can already see a slight difference. It is just giving me more and more motivation to get down to my goal weight.

I am going to start and incorporate more exercise into my diet as I have only been doing minimal and hopefully this will accelerate my weight loss slightly.

Until next time, Happy losing.
