Just had a letter from my medical centre to tell me that I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes! Need to sort out my weight and lifestyle! Need at least 1 1/2 stone weight reduction, my plan is cut the "b's". No bread, no butter, no biscuits, no batter (fried things) and no beer! With a lot of will power it works! Hope so anyway . Starting today. 1st September. Target - Christmas Day.
