Hi everyone, I am a generally healthy eater due to allergies (coeliac)
However I have now had enough of chicken salad, tuna salad, chicken and rice etc etc, anyone have any "clean eating" healthy and flavorful simple meal suggestions,
I have about 5-8kg to loose, and I am looking to introduce more exercise for toning along the way.

Also, regarding your query about exercises for toning, the NHS Fitness Studio pages are really good - you can look up all kinds of exercises to suit your personal preferences:
I think I also mentioned our recipes in the NHS weight loss site too, as we've got a collation post in there, but not sure how many would be suitable for your requirements, but it's worth a look through.
Soups - make your own. So easy. I do a pea and mint soup in my blender. Have a look on Yummly website for some ideas. As much as I would like a baguette with a stack of Lurpak on top, I just heat up a plain wrap in a dry frying pan so it's a little bit burned, tear that up and put that on top of my soup - sooo yummy. When I lost weight before I did it on wraps filled with spinach, chicken, lots of sliced peppers, a little low mayo and chipotle sauce - so nice and filled me. If I ever feel hungry I eat mango or an apple. Put on a bit of weight recently so I need to take some of my own advice - too many Magnums and Coors light! x
