I ill try to get back to you on this with the list i had seen a while back ago. I can tell you that if yours stems from auto immune disease like mine, you should avoid sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, dairy and gluten.

Eat whole foods, high in protein and naturally rich in iodine and selenium. That means eating more nuts, vegetables, and seafood. Avoid gluten and try to incorporate quinoa n your diet.

initial symptom of thyroid is weight gain. Low-calorie foods such as fresh produce are good for every successful weight loss activity. Include either fresh fruits or veggies at each meal, if possible. that'll be good :)
