On the first week of the NHS 12week plan, doing well but fancied something sweet so I've made this,  nhs.uk/change4life/document... , it's on the oven and I will let you know how it turns out.

I wanted something sweet so I was bad and had two Oreos.....they were delicious, but now I have to do an abs workout to offset! Lol!

never mind, i don't regard this particular diet as one where you have to deny yourself all the time, so long as you count the calories!

Hi, yes, it cut nicely into 12 slices. my partner and I had a slice each and I've left 2 slices in the pantry for Sunday and frozen the rest. I found it satisfied the need for 'a treat' and was quite filling, I had no trouble sticking to my 1400 calories for the day.
