had my breakfast of porridge and prepared my lunch which is homemade soup and also I have fruit ,

im looking forward to starting this journal .... not hungry soo far let go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done you are definitely on the right track. One thing I will say is don't think of your next meal until the actual time, try to find/think of things to distract you. If you do feel peckish, have a handful of nuts/seeds or a small piece of fruit - not banana as it's high in calories, a whopping 145!

Hope your journey into the healthy eating goes well. And do keep us posted, even though I have been on this journey for a while I am still learning hence my joining the community.
