Side affects from dietary change.

Hi,

I have horrible dissociation and Derealization problems, amongst other things. So i started seeing a naturopath.

She changed my diet. But on the 2nd of doing the diet change, after lunch I felt so unwell, shaky, very weak no energy, get relax and feel so weak and bloated after I've got to the loo, so much more brain fog and dissociation, pains in my belle etc. So I'm just asking if changing your diet to a very healthy one, can cause you to feel unwell for first week or so?

Thanks.

Going from eating crap to eating well because of first post reasons.

For breakfast i have Bircher muesli. with blueberries, which is

Rolled oats, Linseeds or chia seeds

Almonds or pecans

Goji berries or chopped dried apricots

Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Natural organic yoghur

another day something else, like a different home made muesli.

3 cups oats

 1 cup mixed nuts such as brazils, almonds,

hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans

 ½ cup goji berries or raisins

 1 cup dried ready-to-eat apricots chopped or

medjool dates, chopped

 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Dinners i have veg, brown rice, breast of chicken. that kind of thing.

Streak!

More stuff will be added soon.

My stomach and body can't take it lol more brain fog and feel like i'm in a daze lol.. think this will take few weeks to get used to it.

i think most my problems are from my gut! so trying to heal now.

Gosh i could kill some cake lol!!

Good few days. I put it in a sealed glass jar. I add unsweetened almond milk or make my own. Then add blueberries.

I don't have normal milk.

Hi.

Thanks for that 😊

They say that sudden diet changes cause some rather nasty side effects, but some prefer to just suffer through to get it over with. Your body is probably detoxing, and all that junk is working its way out. You might consider increasing your water consumption to help flush it out faster. Bottled water! I don't know what's in water over there, but in the states, the public water is loaded with chlorine. There's one small town here where you can actually smell it in the tap water. EEWWW!

Yea I agree, as I never felt like this before. Even I'm thoughts are just weirder lol. Some feel scary which try give me a strong fear feeling. Maybe its the mind detoxing it's self. as it only become worse since food change. I had chips Friday LOL, I had to lol, wanted to see the difference. My mind wasn't as crazy with the thoughts after that. I had this green smoothie for breakfast, it was horrible. Good stuff inside tho. But hour later I felt odd and weird thoughts, all coming from the subconscious mind. I guess if a healthy person eat crap foods for a week, they would feel ill lol.. I drink filtered water. You Never know what's in are foods nowadays, let alone are water...
