A year after the treatment for breast caner new home, three allotments that's one next to my flat, a 5 rod plot with fruit trees and the over 50's plot love digging in the mud ! There's nothing like growing picking and cooking your own food eating more vegetarian food vegetable curries soups and joy lost weight too Joy ! I've joined a book club, knit and natter, I love swimming and I have a Fitbit and I've stopped worrying about how much I sleep.Things to do sort out boxes that are in the front room and paint my new home the other thing that needs doing is to hang things on the walls, might get a handy man to do that. Taking life one day at a time there's lots to do Beyond the food bank , Leaf Hall and The Under Ground Theater plus my two jobs. Looking forward must get my hair cut and buy new clothes and shoes you can never have too many shoes ! Best wishes to every one I hope all goes well for you, hugs x

I wish you all the luck in the world. My breast cancer journey finished March 2014 and I'm gradually making life style changes, eating more healthily than I was and within the last few weeks I've started swimming again. I was diagnosed with Breast Lymphoedema in June which proved a big stumbling block but life for me is slowly improving.

Flower Power, Sound absolutely perfect. I miss being able to garden, nothing like picking your veggies and eating them the same day. So very glad you are keeping yourself going. Do try to remember to pace yourself. A handyman for some items might be a good way to balance your energy. Wishing you well on your journey. Looks like you are pushing through quite well.
