are fish safe to eat?

In my first post the source of the tinned tuna should read 'Atlantic Ocean' changed to 'Western Pacific' which is equally alarming as it is in the Fukushima plume and there were leaks in December and May from a WIPP nuclear facility in New Mexico, in the north millions of needlefish and smelt are lying dead in bays in Canada causing a health hazard this very month -to local communities who are being looked after by the health authorities. I think that if they had eaten them the health hazard would be more serious.
