Hi all I have joined this community cos I have a passion for health, food and well being. Im a qualified Ayurveda practitioner and understand the medicinal properties of foods and their effect on our body. By eating certain foods or not eating certain foods we can create imbalances in our body which in turn will cause discomfort and eventually diseases. But by making the right choices we can also cleanse the body from toxic substances and restore balance and therefore health.
