I climed Fyrish hill yesterday (1478ft ) for the first time .It was a snuggle as I had to use inhaler a few times but made me realise how unfit I have got in last year .I would have gone up there without a puff a year ago .Going to do it again but hopefully not take as long and will be a bit easier .ππ»πΊπ

Fyrish hill
Thank you π
I do let myself recover but get so frustrated with myself for getting this way so tend to push myself a bit more than I should .Dont like letting my ashma stop me from doing things especially as I said a year ago I hardly needed my inhalers .π»ππΊπ
Ive done fyrish just twice. Its a killer but definitely worth the view when you get to the top. Do you know how many calories you burned, bet it was a fair few. Just think carry on with your journey and keep going back up fyrish and take note how it get easier each time. Well done π
Thanks ππ
It was a killer but the views from top well worth it .Plan on doing it again on a cooler day tho .
Hope you doing well ππ»πΊπ
So sad I'll never climb it again. Used to go up at least once a month . My husband has run and cycled up !
Glad you enjoyed the walk. Good for stretching the lungs
I'm sad to that you won't climb it again .Its a great walk and defiantly stretches the lungs !Thought mine had given up and left me half way up lol .Dont think I'll ever run up or cycle it like your husband .Walking it was enough for me .Will do it again soon

I cycled up it myself just last spring ! Such a deterioration in my physical condition alas.
Exercise in the fresh air is just the best thing for lifting low mood and getting a sense of wanting to take care of your body.
Good luck on your journey
