I would definitely recommend downloading this app if you're looking to track what you eat/lose weight. You simply enter your goals and the app works out what your calorie consumption will need to be to lose weight. It takes time to get the balance right between carbs, fat and protein and it takes a while to get into the routine but once you do, the weight drops off and its a breeze! I cant believe its free!!
