Start by developing a taste for at least some veg, you can become both vitamin and mineral deficient if you don't eat any at all not to mention lack of fibre.
Cut out all fried food, if you eat that, biscuits, cakes and reduce your bread intake. Reduce you sugar intake, anything with added sugar or maize starch - a real no no. Eat more fruit instead, start by making small changes and reduce your portion size.
Replace any white starches in your diet with whole grain ie:- whole grain flour and bread, brown bread is often just white bread coloured so be specific, whole rice, take porridge or whole grain muesli instead of sugared breakfast cereals, buckwheat, pulses, beans and lentils are plant food so if you mix with meats you can reduce your meat intake if it is high,
Reduce any alcohol intake, that is very high calorie.
Walk more and exercise as and when you can, do something you enjoy.
Sorry but there is absolutely no easy way of doing it or any magic pill, avoid all diet pills in fact avoid so called miracle diets and fads, they rarely work long term as although you will lose weight you will put it straight back in when you eat normally again.
The body tries to maintain its homeostatis so the only way is amend your diet is very gradually, reduce your intake and slowly, slowly adapt to healthy eating and the weight should start to come off. Aim for 1lb a week and don't get discouraged when you plateau as I have done recently. I have lost 1 stone in the last year, I can't shift anymore at the moment so I'm not trying too hard until after Christmas! Just going to focus on maintenance so I don't put on any,
Apples are excellent for detoxing and help reduce cholesterol, the old adage an apple a day keeps the doctor away is true!
Losing weight is more of a change of mind than diet, it is about training yourself not to want all those goodies that call out from the cupboard, eat me, eat me. My strategy is to never have them in the house and always avoid walking down the aisles which stock them in stores,
Good luck, CD
if u dont eat veggies make them into a protien drink. thats what i do

Do you enjoy pulses, and such things as tinned tomatoes, lots can be incorporated into recipes, such as cottage pie, mixed veg soup is another one, which may help.
Ask yourself how you have developed such bad habits? Portion size meals, make them smaller, a fish sized amount of protein is a potion.
do green smoothies , look them up on you tube , tons of recipes, one litre everyday will give you tons of minerals and vitamins taste yummy and of course get off the gluten and sugar, not fruit, processed sugar treats or fried food, basically no junk. smoothies and protein. eat millet instead of rice, quinoa instead of potatoes, wishing you well, i hope this helped, I lost 100 pounds
