I have endometriosis and am over weight. Does anyone have any advice on how to kick start?I want to be healthy!!!

I would echo that. Stay off processed food and cook everything from scratch. Ensure your carbs intake isn't more than any other food group and try to kick your sugar habit. I had to get rid of snacking, but that's a personal choice.

I just posted about honey and cinnamon, I take it twice a day and I lost 8 lbs in 3 days plus kicked a very bad cold. 1 teas honey to 1/4 teas cinnamon.
