what was the blur. cannot answer that honey. We are so sensitive and hypervigilant. This is who we are for now. Move with it. live with it. sorry probably a shit answer but we are who we are - very special. We will be well again xx

If the blur has gone it was probably just a momentary balance or vision disturbance and might happen again or might not. The fact it was transitory probably means it was nothing that matters.

If it is still blurry or it keeps happening you should see your doctor. It may still be nothing but should be checked.

Whichever it is you sound very scared. Maybe you are under pressure and focusing on this new symptom is a way of coping. Ptsd does leave us full of things we can't focus on so we zoom in on things that can be talked about more easily. Try to see if you can reduce the pressure on you at the moment, if you can make changes to make your life easier.

I hope it was a passing thing that is gone and that you can reduce the things in life that are making you stressed so you feel better soon.
