Micky14 Woooh Whoooo! Kids birthday parties are crazy stressful even for people without PTSD! Great job, letting your daughter be a kid today, despite your anxiety. You should be super proud indeed.
Congratulations! I struggle with agoraphobia. Most people don't get it & that makes it more frustrating. What you did was huge for you & for your daughter. You should be very proud of yourself! I'm proud of you too!
