Hi NackapanIf there is a way to change it, try green.
It is the easiest colour to see.
For a long time after the injury I got, I could only stand to look at writing that was dark green on a lighter green background.
I got a piece of green glass from a stained glass glass place and they did something to the edges so they weren't sharp - sometimes there are also clear green see through plastic covers in the office/school supply section of the dollar store. That's probably safer and easier to get.
Anyway I could just put it on top of stuff and it helped. Well, unwieldy for a computer. But for physical paper it might help you.
I don't know if it would help people who are colour blind but who knows.
If you are using an iPhone, and presumably Apple laptops/computers, you can go into Settings,>accessability>display>colour filters and adjust colours. Its designed for people who are colour blind so may help as you can choose the text colour that is best for you.
I presume android and other platforms have similar adjustments you can make without the need to get stained glass covers for your pc although I have used plastic mounted screen covers in the past too.
looking at some notes I think Headway advised a yellow transparent screen cover but i think that was for general eye comfort rather than difficulty with specific colour text.
Its great that we can go to settings and change fonts and background colours!
