Pickup song

We all need a pick up and push along to know that we are not alone or to let this beat us, as you know the old you are still in that head and raring to go?

I know you all have your own taste buds but music is a good pickup so how about today's song by whitesnake, here I go again? If not try some of your old favourite songs, good mood lifter.

Music is so uplifting and helpful - a wide variety of songs which are very varied and played on shuffle get me through some horribly tough times as well as helping me increase my happiness and gratitude on the good days so I can feel like singing from the mountains into the sky. Punk, rock, classical, pop, bizarre individual pieces of music, funny, fast and slow, old and modern all fab for me and buds in my ears to hear it all as loudly as I want….. or how quietly…, heaven on earth. Music is medicine 🥰

Hi there, great post. I listen to music as much as I can, esp since my accident as I dont/can't watch that much TV nowadays. For me, rock music has always been a love of mine. Personal favourite? "Walk" by Foo Fighters - such an uplifting song (and great lyrics! ) - it's dragged me out of a potential slump on many occasions! So many others I could mention tho.. Keep on rocking! Thanks and best Wishes, Bb

When I'm down, anything by ZZ TOP puts me in a much better frame of mind (excuse the pun), and I'm not even a rocker lol . . Are they even still alive? 🎸🎸
