The apology is for any long post in the reply sections. You see I've been on a downer for a few weeks,months don't think it was years though.Well I seem to be out of that pit and full of ideas ( and possibly my self) so all I ask is if I'm a bit much either ignore me or humour me.

No need for apology. I think it's accepted here that moods come with the territory and, after the year you've had, not too surprising.
So I for one won't be ignoring you Pax, (or humouring - a bit patronising). But always glad to see you and hear how you're getting on, and look forward to 'None-normal' service resuming. It's good you're out of that pit my friend .....😐.

Just keep feeling better and let off steam here. Everyone will understand. I’ve never got any words of wisdom as thankfully my experiences haven’t had any lasting consequences but I do feel the pain of others.
