I got rejected again

And got angry before calming down and reading that I need to write a letter to social security and child support tribunal, now I feel stupid for how I reacted and I'm upset with myself over it.

I'm also waiting on a urgent referral to hospital to get a lump under my armpit looked at and that's been on my mind all day

Hi Bexx, so sorry to hear all that - and not nice havjng the worry of the lump at the same time. Do you have anyone who can help you with the form and letter writing ? Woudl your local Headway be able to help?

Hi Eleanor hope your well, Yes I do have someone from my local headway to help and other people as well but to stop my thoughts from going into overdrive I'm drinking wine which reminds me of my mother but I don't know what else to do but to be fair drinking this wine has made feel the happiest I felt in weeks which sounds bad to me
