Hi Becky.

The best is when you think you have had a new thought/plan only to realise its the fifth time you have thought this.

Ain't bi great !!!!

Morning Becky,

I can relate to this... for me it feels like that thought is stuck in a constant spin until I find myself becoming frustrated by it. Had it yesterday more or less all day. So I understand how you feel.

Yes, this was me before BI and much worse after. I try to swim or bike daily as I find it helps to stop my thinking for a while. Yoga or tai chi are also a good thing for this.

Any mindfulness or relaxation cds /you tube things may also be helpful.

I get the same problem.

Thoughts can be constantly spinning round and round and won’t go.

I do get times when they are worst or better. Worst times it’s hard to concentrate on other subjects.

It’s like the brain is in Duracell batteries it goes on and on. Lol

Hi Becky,

I used had very low confidence at one time of my life and was practically isolated and I did not like going out much.

Whenever my mum and dad would plan to take me out I always used to overthink how the day would go. I would put worry on myself and that really isn’t a good thing and it turns out that once I had actually gone out I really enjoyed myself and there was nothing to worry about.

I have much more confidence than I did have now and even now I can still slightly overthink things a little. It can be a little annoying.
