Well done! Just take it easy and rest if you need to. Fatigue is usually the worst for me and others who work so don’t except too much from yourself! Good luck!

I suffer very very badly from fatigue but I’m hoping just 2 hours will be ok I won’t be doing anything strenuous

Thankuuu

Good luck, I think the return to work will help in many ways for your recovery both physically and mentally. I'm sure your first day will pass fine.

Well done and good luck. 2 hrs may seem a lot but once you have done it you will feel so happy that it's another step forward. Fatigue is something you can't control but takes time to build your strength up. I have to quietly rest most afternoons but the other day I decided I wouldn't succumb and carried on but I suffered for it all night. Take one day at a time. Maybe rest more the day after you go to work and good luck with the next stage of your revovery.
