Hello. I just want to say hi 😀 to anyone who, like me, is spending the Bank Holiday alone and is perhaps unable to do all the fun stuff associated with bank holidays.
I often make tentative plans to do something on a bank holiday but am unable to put them into action because of my fatigue. I get so exhausted just getting up, washed, dressed etc. Then there's getting out and actually going somewhere. Plus finding somewhere to go that won't give me sensory overload. Even going to my local shops is nuts on a bank holiday as it's so busy and noisy (I live in a tourist hotspot.)
Sorry, meant to just say hi, butt I obviously needed to moan a bit!
Anyway, hope all of you out there have the best day you can. 😎

I did actually get out and about yesterday as my daughter needed a new TV and, and as she doesn't drive, I offered to help her shop for one. But even as I started out I knew I wasn't really up to it.
It was a disaster after she lost her purse and we spent the whole afternoon retracing our steps and making enquiries (with no luck) ………….and she was due to fly off to a Greek holiday with my grandson early today. It was just awful for her so I couldn't add to her stress by admitting to feeling really ill.
But I'm here today with Netflix and Headway and a bacon & tomato sandwich so all's good compared to yesterday. I bought the telly for my girl and withdrew money to keep their holiday on track so can relax again thankfully !
Hope your making contact here has helped a little m'dear. 😏
No need to say sorry holidays can be a very lonely time and when it's buissy everywhere that's even worse ! I was praying for rain today sounds wierd nut since my brain haemorrhage I hate the sunshine it makes my head hurt I've sent my partner out to be on my own try and do something for yourself a pamper day or relaxing listening to music I don't know if your the same but I can sleep the clock round I try and fight it but some days I can't try to enjoy your day and know your not alone with these feelings x
