Hi I need advice my son banged his head on my metal frame on my bed yesterday he cried for abit was totally fine after I just noticed his head felt soft when I touched it but it didn't hurt cause he never flinched any advice please

Emma, if you're in doubt about the extent of your son's injury please take him to A&E or a walk-in clinic to be checked out. I doubt he's sustained lasting damage if he hasn't felt sick or dizzy and is otherwise behaving normally, but if it were my child I'd have him checked anyway.

Hi .

I have to agree with Cat that it sounds like he should be fine. Children bounce back better than adults.

Having said that like Cat says if it was my child I would still get them checked out. Always better safe than sorry.

I would sooner be told that I was over anxious than regret not being checked out.
