There may be some good news coming to you from PIP, eventually

PIP are going to review awards concerning the criteria for the Moving Around activity.

This is due to the Govt's decision to exclude on the ground related to mental health (psychological distress)March 2017 and the subsequent High Court decision, December 2017, that this was discriminatory.

Supposedly all files will be reviewed and a written decision issued, expect this by 2030 given the workload.

This may be old hat but worth a mention I think

Just to add if anyone receives a new decision because of this mess I'd be really interested to know. I think there may be a national competition to spot the first one and hopefully I'll still be above ground when it occurs.
