another good helpline

Another good helpline (along with excellent Headway one) is No Panic who I just phoned up. I sometimes think Im doing a tour of all the UK helplines!

There is no rush to finish the call and the woman I just spoke to gave some great ideas for dealing with anxiety. Its 5p a minute but is much cheaper than counsellor and I think the folk on the line have all experienced anxiety and/ or still suffer from it.
