Cant vote in general election

So I can have a job here in the UK and pay taxes but I cant decide where these taxes would go... just upset

I did register months ago. I had to. I thought if you registered and got confirmation you can vote but apparently I can't vote. Not sure what was the point of registering

wouldnt tell the dwp people that iwona, theyll take youre benefits away. as for voting in the general election be fair you havent been here long enough to qualify for citizenship.

Why I had to register for voting? My husband is here 12 years and he also cannot vote. I get all the reasons. What I don't get is why you are pressured to register then you receive all the confirmations that you can vote and then they call you to tell you that you can't. It does not make sense.

As for my appeal I have second assessment this week. Will see

No. I have written previously that I do not claim any benefits AT ALL.

dillm2 wouldnt have mattered, iwona isnt able to vote outside her own state. ie poland.
