Cartwheel

A year after taking up freestyle canoeing trying to do loops on a wave in a kayak I managed to do something equally gnarly and do a cartwheel where the bow of the boat goes in the water and it rotates until the stern is in the water then continuing back into place. This makes me happy and is just fun to show off. I do need to be a bit careful with not getting my head concussed with all this shaking about and of course I was pretty non-functional after but that's all part of the fun.
