Type stuff, spot stuff, sometimes even find stuff, no real plan tbh, it is all a bit random and sometimes I find I have managed to miss something for days....don't know why. Health Unlocked isn't the best platform, but this bunch are the best lot of online BI-ers I have come across for miles in our virtual world.

and anyway, for all I know the problems with the site....probably me.......

Healthunlocked forum is at times a bit odd, most of the time it's the site not the person.

Its strange at first but once you get used to it it's quite easy. I tend to look at the posts in 'sort by date order' then when finished reading use the back button on hthe browser because pressing posts seems to take me somewhere else.

Welcome to the forum and check out any other communities that my apply to your particular problems.

What I find best about this forum is that a) it's leass formal than some, b) if you need support or answers there is usually someone out ther that has had the same or very similar problems and also there is humour, general chit chat plus updates on others progress. In other words it's full of people that become freind or aquaintances that all know and have experienced similar issues so little explaing required.
