I have a urinary tract infection!

Doesn't sound good? Well, apparently it increases the chances of having a seizure, by quite a bit. So quite a few seizures I've had could be down to that (and most probably were).

Usually not such a great thing. In this case, it's the best news I've heard in a while.

That's very, very promising isn't it ? So where did you find this out ?

I had a weird seizure where I lost all the feeling in my limbs, so I went to hospital where they finally discovered it.

I'm hopeful, but let's see.

Great news, as you say not usually good to have a UTI, but I have heard there can be a correlation with seizures. without sounding like your mum, drinking plenty of fluids will help keep bladder cleansed, and the fact of the warm weather, may have made you slightly dehydrated which coan cause UTIs. Good luck Sharon
