Can anyone recommend a GF / WF Veggie cookbook or recipe website please.

Hi there. I generally take normal recipes and substitute the normally gluten products with gf alternatives. BBCgoodfood is good. As is delia, c'est la vegan is a good site too. I use some more, but I'm not on my pc so dont have them handy but I will get back to you... if I find a nice pie filling i substitute the pastry with grated cheese and Breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.. generally if there is a meat recipe I replace the meat with mushrooms and peppers, ie stirfrys, curries, stews etc. Roasted veggies is the best meal ever. Especially with feta cheese (and Bacon for meat eaters)... I could carry on, but you didn't ask for a list ofv my fav foods... I will be back with some more useful sites.

I love Gluten Free girl's website. Stacks of delicious GF recipes and inspiration. Some of the ingredients can be more difficult to get hold of in the UK, not sure where you are?
