my sister excitedly made some dessert and always makes it so i can have too. today we were eating and i asked have i had this before and she shouted omg! don’t eat it i’ve just realised it’s got wheat it!!
it’s bedtime and i’m dreading my side effects- constipation i can handle but it’s the bones aching i get really badly 😢. i hope i don’t get it and it hasn’t affected me

i feel awful 😢. p pain all down legs strange pain round my neck. started during the night but strange my arms aren’t affected this time. can than happen later on
Hi Junny, it is several hours later. Are you OK? I don't know how quick you react, but I know if I have been 'got at' within about 20 minutes. I hope you are in the clear.
hi no i wish i was ok. i reached several hours later. legs worse than anywhere else. my arms always ato in pain if i have a gluten attack but this time aren’t which is strange. will i be getting worse?

i take painkillers but nothing helps. i look ridiculous lying down wobbling my legs because i can’t keep em still cos of the pain they’re in. but my family understand
