Has anyone had high test results for coeliac disease and an endoscopy come back as non coeliac? My blood results were 107 which is really high apparently. I’m due an endoscopy on Saturday and hoping it comes back intolerant rather than coeliac

A result of over 100 is pretty much guaranteed to be Coeliac disease I'm afraid. I know it's not what you want to hear, but my partner was told they don't technically need to do the endoscopy to confirm once antibodies are that high, most doctors will happily diagnose on blood test alone.

The blood test can't test for intolerance, so if it were to come back negative, you'd need to adopt a gluten free diet for a while to check.
