Never thought to check rice - I mostly use the 2 mins in microwave ones as convenient and never had a problem.
Rice is naturally gluten-free so hopefully should be ok? (if it’s just plain rice with no added ingredients.
I eat the Tilda basmati rice that’s labelled gluten-free. They only produce rice as far as I’m aware.
